There is a dictatorship of the MD. Extra allowance or benifits are too far... infact 10% of our salary is deducted every month in terms of security deposites...

No interfere in your life after office hours

No job security, no increment, no salary on time. Institute is in loss. Management treat everyone like slave even professor too. 6 months is maximum time u can spend here, even HR leaves job frequently After leaving u will not get ur F&F amount
