No Job Security , CEO is just for the name sake, coz all the decision making rights is on owners. They dont listen to anyone nor do they care for any single employee. For them Paying industry standar salary is like they are paying huge salary. Therese no KPI followed, they will assign anything at any point of time. Its always thereway. Rest employees are just like donkeys to them. As they say employees have to do. No apprasial at all, But work will get assigned to u like donkeys. Lot of micromanagement. Worst culture ever. Its so stressful that people will leave the work by themselves. They only like employees who are ready to do tons of work and be available 24/7 and 365 days in a salary like peanuts....Read More

I have been working with arihant capital markets since last one year. Overall good experience as it is great company to start career and gaining knowledge in equity finance. There is proper life balance in Arihant. Another good thing about arihant is I got internal promotion also with fair compensations.

Dislikes

Only the thing which I don't like is politics play out in the company.
