It gives you good manipulative skills and a good learning experience for stepping into politics . Boss management is a great asset and you could like to be a sycophant .no work life balance and success fathered by the boss failures are not orphaned but sole responsibility of subordinates. After ten years I realized I could not set it right being a SVP

Dislikes

The MD and senior functionaries know how to lead from back sitting on their backsides and do not know business . Due to fragmented shareholding between PSU employees take advantage and are highly corrupt and indulge in shady practices which cannot be caught .

Work Details

Not good I wasted my time . I learnt a lot on recovery and selling large value properties and a good business model is ransacked by top management with no good board supervision
