i like everything in the company but at the time of corona suddenly they called me and told me to resign the company and at that time am also suffering from financial condition and after resigning i called many times to the hr but she didnt respond my calls msges and my mails and when she want my resignation she called me so many times this is the reason of my disliking

Nothing is more important at aptech .just an employee will belive the company regarding in job security of role and a peacefull companian with out any hesitations and references .i didnt seen at aptech till atleast it may not consider for the notice period which they have initiated in offer letter before leaving the company i pitty on them

I will give my best opinion about Aptech pvt Ltd. I have joint that company in 10th October 2021 and resigned in Jan 2024. Literally work environment and job security is just like as a government job. Everyone is very professional and supportive, environment is very good you can assume 10 out of 10. Job security 10 out of 10. Environment 10 out of 10. Work load , average. It's my suggestion who is got offer from Aptech for permanent role ,join this company ,work environment too good.
