It is very Strongly recommended to NOT join CUSTOMER SERVICE Team as under the existing leadership (on the day of writing this feedback) of Head Customer Service there is high level of attrition & Employee frustration. New joinees in the CS HO team have a track record of spending mere 6 months to 1 year in last 4 years.There are various issues pertaining to lack of clarity/direction given to team, usage of foul language and personal insults, Temperamental issues, Loose comments etc which eventually affect health & family life of employees. Under worst case one may consider joining CS team at Field level but do not join at HO. Few words of Caution basis personal Exp. at Apollo Tyres. The leadership/Senior management team at Apollo is ignorant of complaints so far by Mid level exec, and under existing scenario what is happening is that such conditions are being set for the employees that they themselves have to resign and when this happens recovery from them is initiated as per conditions of offer letter. Hence candidates are advised to - A. Try Serving full Notice period of former employer and encash privelege leave before hand and NOT as part of F & F. While Apollo tyres will offer to Buy out Notice period, but they will eventually reimburse Notice period Buyout Amount MINUS leave encashment. B. If you Shift from Different city, they will put a clause for recovery for relocation expenses too. And remember both the above expenses A & B will be recovered if you happen to leave within a year due to Non Conducive circumstances as explained above. Good luck ! God Bless !...Read More
