Hospital corridors and departments are well maintained clean. Good food hygiene with quality control and health cautious food delivery to the admitted patients. TAT system is been seen followed appropriately.

Dislikes

Lack of Therapeutic monitoring by the Intensivists. Most of the employees are placed in the organisation on behalf of acquaintance in the administration department. Newly professional employees are not given opportunities to learn and perform their role according to their professions. Lost of heckling type of behaviour is been seen from the experienced staff against the new comers. Consultants and highly qualified professionalists are not valued or respected according to their prestige and profession. Back stabbing regarding the consultants reputation and their candidature is defamed by the healthcare employees of the organisation. VIPs are defamed regarding their good deeds for the welfare of the society or else for the country. Mostly M.Pharm Clinical Pharmacist in the organisation play lots of corporate politics in the pharmacy department by not allowing the new comers especially Pharm Ds to enter into this specific domain and pursue further for their career according to their profession as they are having highly qualified status and profile in the Healthcare domain. Lack of Prophylactic Medications is seen on patients suffering from the Anaphylactic Reactions. Very least number of Drug Of Choices are being seen used in the clinical treatment chart. Lack of etiquette is seen in the skills of employees of organization. Lack of silence in the hospital corridors. Non- availability of super- deluxe rooms for the patients suffering from the neurological and depression associated disorders. Especially M. Pharm Clinical Pharmacists are least bothered about the reputation of the organisation ( Reputation of the organisation doesn't matters for this employees in case any fatalities takes place in the hospital.) Management system is improper of the organisation. Misbehaviour between specialized consultants regarding the patients prescriptions. VIPs are insulted and disrespected. Patients treatment chart is not appropriately prescribed by the senior healthcare workers depending upon the particular sign and symptoms of the patients clinical condition. Consultants and highly qualified professionalists are teased on behalf of their grooming skills, race and religion. 1st preference regarding the job placement is given to the localates of the city. Most of the times employees of the organisation has been seen taking the advantage of the innocent behaviour of the innocent practisioners. A very rude and audacious level of language has been seen yelling by the particular employees of the organisation against the big status or great personalities of the organisation. A very downward level of language has been heard by a specific employee of the organisation who is non Maharashtrian. Poor salary with poor incentives and poor increments. Extra perks and expenditures are been added while discharging the patients. In case of high expenditure of the patients expenses the expenditure is minimised by the manager lots of times to avoid the defamation of the reputation of the brand in case of hulla - vulla kind of scenarios which is unfair. HR of the organisation is least bothered about the hospital system and is mostly seen absent. Documentary formalities and files are not attested and stamped on time instead are been seen pending for lots of months in the basement cabin of the organisation. While discharging the orthopaedic patients the patients are not discharged by fully returning back the purchased appliances by the secondary healthcare workers due to negligence towards the purchased equipments of the patients, most of the times the equipments are been seen lacking behind in the hospital patient cupboards....Read More

Highly qualified candidates are not given the opportunity to work as well as work credit is being snatched by the seniors health care workers and the juniors are not respected professionally. Well, it's a Library in terms of learning. You'll learn from mistakes, the more you make em the more you'll avoid it the next time so I'd say it's a good step towards learning.

Dislikes

A lot of unnecessary flattery towards the boss is required. The more you do it, lesser work, lesser trouble, your faults won't be held against you. However, I never could do it and I was bullied a lot by my manager. She made my life complete hell. She favoured people who laughed at her lame jokes. Pretty non competent towards emergencies, lazy af. There wasn't a single day without anxiety for me until one day I got used to it and worked anyway cz I couldn't get a job anywhere else.
