No growth, there is very less salary increment. Even on PCI my salary is not incremented as it was said by the HR that it will be incremented but it's been 8 months now my salary is not been incremented after giving the PCI certificate

I did work 3 year in indraprastha apollo hospital ..but in situation of emergency I took one month lose of pay with inform to incharge than I came after one month they was said go to HR department ...I went and met with shukla in HR ....he took my signature on clearance and said now you free but went to him for rejoing but hedid my clearance without explain any thing Than I gave again interview for rejoing process I cleared again interview ...I did joing formalities ...I was done my medical also but they said they are calling me for joining date but it's 2 month completed they didn't give any response and I am still waiting for call from HR for joing date they didn't give any response...Read More

The hospital is understaffed in every department from helper staff to doctors, and in the wards every responsibility and call goes to ward doctor instead of communicating directly to team. Be very aware if working as a ward doctor all one is doing is running arround here and there. Agar tum time se aaoge or time par jaoge to aap se team leader aap se rudely bolega just itni bhi kiya jldi hai Jane kee and Jane ke time par aap ko kaam de dega every day. 6 .
