Dislikes: The Company has to streamline the Employee Compensation and Benefits related Payments and Disbursements. Compensation is decent but the pace of Growth needs to be improved.

Its a really nice company and the people are very friendly nature they support to grow and make the happy environment.. Our previous Boss Mr. Tushar Dalmia having good behavior with there employees and I have learned many things from our Bade Sir Mr. Sunil Dalmia.
