HR expects the deciplene only from employee below the manager designation. But HR is completely indeciplened about to give salary slip, increment letter, arear. Also HR does not having value of his commitment 0%. So no one can believe on commitment of HR regarding payroll activity.

To much work load on QC. Department due to excess of production to meet marketing requirements. Poor appraisal which reduces as we spend many years, salary not revised as per industry standard. Junior getting better salary than experience candidate of company.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
