Dislikes

No much emphasize on training given here and very limited grades so at one point you will feel like stuck at a single rank for long time. No problems otherwise.

I got a chance to work remotely with my HK team and i am looking after ships trading in Brazil which has given me self confidence and i am learning so much every day.

my dislike about this company is when we get swift shift it turn to be my responsibility to clean up the Mess.

The company is open to innovation, once you start working company will be like a backbone to you. very stringent in following procedures this made to company to expand its fleet to around 900 vessels, i feel proud to work in ANGLO-EASTERN.

Dislikes

Some things are still up to paper, promotion policy need to be improved little more, even pay revisions need to be taken care, there should stringent action on people who are not abide to safety culture.
