It is government undertaking corporation, it is well known corporation in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. What I like is that the work tension is zero when u arrive to your home.

Dislikes

It is not worthy for the outsourcing and temporary employees. No growth will be there and no increase in hike of salary even if u work for 100 years.. but for regular employees it is just like another govt office.

The company I am working for Is government undertaking , The firm regularly impart training through OEM and corporation major asset is vehicles and huge number of staff to run them. The salary is hiked yearly through a fixed payscale structure and for every 6 months DA is hiked as for govt employees format. Currently I been paid 6 lakhs/Annum.

Dislikes

Not much...but feels like missing balance in personal life, Prolonged duty hours upto 12 or more per day.

I currently hold superintendent (mech) cadre , my main job Moto is to extract work from a team of 58 men who works for 119 passenger buses. I think my job is not get done on a swish but to handle trade unions and meeting corporation goals by balancing .

It is a good company open to innovation and can learn a lot on men, material n time management depends on interest of candidate. There is a good job satisfaction but there is no chance to visit abroad. Thank you
