I wont suggest anyone to work in this company as the company management is worst. They save money by not hiring an engineer , and the engineer work is done by others too sometime. Where I was working , the project manager wasnt even 8th class passout. He just had some connections so he became project manager. Even after working for whole day under sun he used to tell me that i wasnt working well enough.There was an engineer and he had been working in the same company for 7 years but as he wasnt ready to shift to some other place so company asked him to leave the company and they were not giving the documents to him easily. I had to work from 6 in morning to 6 in evening. They did not even hire me on full documents and they were giving me salary of a operator . Even JCB operator had better salary than mine....Read More

Some Good engineers are given to Good experience . Company is giving work to in through out the year .

No working hour limit. If Even we work as 18 to 24 hrs work in some important cases no more values from Managers. Sorry to say this, some good workers are leave company for partiality from Managers. Its too much irritating No security for Job holders .

The management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow and food is very bad

I struggled a bit in beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the team
