Working culture is not good there is no timing of calls, they pressure you in a such way that either you have to leave company or have to listen pathetic wording of bosses. They talk about ethics and work culture which is only in books or files. Ground reality is different.

Work life is bad not healthy, There is no timing of reporting or zoom calls they start zoom call in early 7 am and last it goes 9pm to 10 pm When will someone will give time to his self and family.
