Ourbreprting manager always support to me, with training and market relationship. I am working g with Ambuja cement as role sales executive last two years, and theses two years is very pleasure moment for me in market. Dealer growth and ARS growth being time to time. But promotion growth is stop.

Compensation is decent, but carrier growth is slow. Work pressure is average, seniors saying that, do the well Performancs we will. Promote you, but after transfer doing work hard and adding new dealers and ARS in short time, but no one promote to me as per committ. Only hearing keep try I will discussed with MH.

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire products market g and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations. Pitching for my company as a marketer gets tiring and the task is slightly repetitive.
