There is no career growth. Persons are working on same grade and same designation from last 10-12 years. Some HR policies are very weak. Person are evaluated by 5 out of 5 marks and getting only 5% increment while others are getting 6% in 4 marks on same level. 80% persons are getting 3 nos and we presume that all will give world class performance. Man power is too less specially worker level and all the pressure comes to HOD as he is responsible for all jobs. Persons are working 14 hrs straight in a day without any compensation. Actually skilled persons are not available with the contractor as procurement department choose L1. Safety culture is good but it should see the practical aspect also.
