Likes

There is no systematic procedures and processes, don't expect any benefits other than salary. Management is not professional. Management denies to provide you experience letter for the days you worked with them.

Dislikes

Both compensation and growth is slow. Work pressure is very high and don't expect overtimes for the extra hours. Appraisals are based on how good you are to management, rather than how skilled and effective at work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
