#worst work culture, # No human safety: Many major NC were recorded since the inception of the Silvassa plant. 2 lady workers got electrocuted while at work. shifted to the hospital. Hot water at @80 degrees Celsius got spilled over a workmen's. In the oral manufacturing area, the silica in the air is extremely high, not good for people working in that area. This may lead to TB, silicosis, and lungs related diseases. Good documentation in safety to cover up the real issues at the plant. Many injuries are not even reported/ recorded in the system. Higher management has no clue what is happening at the lower or mid-level. #Environment Worst ETP in the world. Silvassa plants normally spill untreated effluent water outside the boundary. Villagers are poor and they complain to the Alpla people but no action on the ground has happened. If anyone visits the backyard of Alpla premises, a person will not be able to breathe properly due to the bad smell. This company is a very good example of nepotism. What I like most about working at Alpla is that people live there like a family. If someone has a problem, they solve it together. If you commit a mistake, you get proper training for it so that you do not repeat the same mistake again. I like all these things about Alpla.

Dislikes

I like alpla the policies of my company. After some time, to learn something different, one has to go to another place because when one goes to a different place, one gets to learn something new. The ideal place is a new environment, a new colour and one gets to learn new things.
