Nothing to like. Extremely disappointing company. They will talk sweet until you join and once you join they will show their true colours. They are hiring people from Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, Amazon on higher salaries and firing them within month or two by giving reason of performance. Who does that? What performance and employee can show within a month or two.

Dislikes

HR policies are age old and no one shows interest in taking correct decision at the right time. Additionally, there is a cold war between India Vs US. Though these are two different countries, it should be understood that everyone is working for the betterment of the company and therefore there shouldn't be such cold wars. US Global HR team interference is too much and autonomy given to the regional heads are too lees.
