Only good thing about al baik as an employee is the food.

Dislikes

Work environment, culture, compensation, training path everything is available only on paper. No implementation of any policy in grassroot levels. Pathetic work life balance. 12-14hrs work on daily basis. Worked for 3 yrs as Restaurant manager without any salary increment or appraisal. Training not completed even after 3 years.
