They are fraud organization. Put ads on every portal from advids and under mindcircus name. Ask you to complete an assignment like I did for them. After that they reject you for no reason.

They say we need people with good English not good design skills.

Good work environment and culture.there is a huge cafeteria abd gaming arcade for chilling.
