No induction training given to you and you will be sent directly to the site. You have to do the task other than your field . Working condition is good. Staffs and workers are good. Had wide range of machinery. Had a good range of reputed clients.

4-5 months salary delay. Even beg for salary for each month. No settlement after resignation, remaining pending salary is given as instalment. No flight tickets and had to be bear by ourselves and will give back along with settlement. Poor financial management. No commitment from management to staffs and workers. No welfare of staffs and workers.
