I have worked with Advanced Bolting Solutions from 2019 September to 2019 December, they have a good product background, all the sales engineer should spend the travel expense from their own pocket, after submitting the travel expense management will process minimum three months, some time they will reject our expenses without any reason.

Dislikes

Here in Chennai region there is no correct Managers, everybody is came here and releve minimum 3 to 5 months. Before join this company better think twice or check with others

1. Working with reputable clients and vendors/suppliers provides valuable experience. 2. Exposure to various procurement processes. 3. Some seniors are very supportive and knowledgeable. (Accounts, Sales, Design, Service & Quality) 4. Salary is on time. 5. 2nd and 4th Saturday off. 6. HR is good, and the company has a good leave policy. 7. 1. Office politics to a great extent. 2. Improper hiring : Hiring is done on the basis of the name of their previous organization rather than actual knowledge. 3. Management is supportive till you are in their good books. This may affect your appraisal. 4. Job security: you can be fired at any time. But they will give you time to search for a new job. 5. Many seniors lack expertise but still take credit of juniors work, also giving wrong tips to management because of their insecurity and fear. (sab me karta hu isko kya ata hai.) 6. Work-life balance is there, but again, it depends upon your manager and unnecessary meetings. 7. Overall, the company is good, but get ready to sacrifice your mental peace and self-respect.
