Micromanagement is their and after the change in management terrible things are happening like 1.Manager only focuses on their favourite co-workers and they will ignore your every single efforts. 2. When you complain about manager to higher management, they will warn your manager and instead of changing on positive note, your manager will start ignoring you and eventually it will affect your work and mental health. 3. No matter how hard you try, promotion will be given to the spoon feeding employeesor favourite employees who doesn't even know basic level of work. 4.
