Being a mid sized firm one will get complete exposure of their field. If you are liked by certain top management members then your career will certainly touch great heights!!

Dislikes

Terrible work life balance & terrible management which works at its own whims & fancy in the name of company policy. Dirty corporate politics and favouritism & biasness is very clearly visible.
