The working environment of the office is good. very friendly workers. The work pressure is a little difficult at the beginning for freshers till we learn the process. But it is manageable. The food provided by the company is a very good initiative by the company for non locals.

Food is free, and I see lot of people have no regard to food. they waste and I bleed inside when I see that happen, so as an added adv, i pick tat up and eat. and i make sure I am enuf fed and eat happy thinkin, I am lucky and eat on the behalf of the poor, I feel bad and sometimes I cry when i see people wasting food for their benefit. PLEASE do not waste.. Imagine if yu were in that situation. The place looks fine, rest room smells nice and at times we can smoke up on roof or at the ground closer to the gate. It sucks, there is no proper training, while employees sit and work.. and it is very noisy and the worse part is.. no air conditioner.. I have to fan myself and work.. too stuffy.. no training room for freshers and how do u expect to learn and undertand. if they environment does not compromise.
