Very bad work culture and HR policies not employe friendly. They are actually against the employee They recruit you saying you will be in 1yr probabtion, then take U turn after 1yr saying 1yr is fixed contract and another 1yr for probabtion with no increament. Very bad remuneration and wont pay the exam duty money Salary gets credited minimum after 2 months and maximum can go upto 6months Only money minded and very cheap management...Read More

Worst place to work at. If you have a passion to teach, you will end up losing that passion and think about joining corporate. Management has no respect towards staff. They don't pay salary on time. They paid 50% salary in the month of June and July both for which no explanation was given. They paid 75% salary for 3months prior (salary of march was paid in june). Students are not disciplined. Reason being no matter what the student does, if he pays fees properly and on time, even if he has shortage of attendance, HODs will issue admit cards to those undeserving students also. I left this college year back in 2019.this is the worst college ever seen in Karnataka. Management's and provide principal are use less. They want to make money that's it.

Completely disgusting.our grievance will not be considered. If we ask any question against them then they will ask us to leave college.

There's nothing good about this institution except for it's infrastructure. They don't provide basis facilities to the faculties like drinking water or separate washroom. We have to use student's washroom and the common drinking water for the students. Also the work pressure is the terribly high that you might fall sick due to overstress. We were expected to work on Sundays, I remembered working for 3 continuous weeks without a holiday. They don't follow university guidelines, and call us to work even in general holidays. The worst part is the payment comes after 20 ... Also sometimes we were paid once in three months. They deduct one or two days salary unnecessary, and if you protest they concoct a false allegation saying that day you were late for class, or you left early. Also once you enter the institution you cannot leave before one academic session or else the will not pay you for two months (which is very easy on their part as their salary is always delayed)....Read More

After working for 2 months I got health issues, Doctor told me it's due to accute stress, I need to focus in my health. When I told them that I cannot continue working as I have health issues they simply replied that we are not concerned about that
