In my opinion it gives the best work life balance with good opportunities to learn and go ahead.

Dislikes

I expect any company not just ABB to give a platform to employee for honing his soft skills and develop skill sets. A company shall give a clear career path as to his strength and weakness and increase his acumen. Train employee in areas to make him expert.
