There is nothing to like, they dont care about employees. One day they came up with closing india bangalore branch and they didn't even care to give atleast one month notive period and no compensation also

The company is doing good, but lots of cost cutting lead to close off bengaluru office and all the employees were frustrated as there was no compensation also. Please avoid joining this company, there is no mercy at all for any employee. Lot of internal poilitics. There is no profesion alism, no ethics followed here. There is no support from HR team, HR team is worst in US. They didn't even pay bonus for 2020 for employees whom they terminated, though they worked hard day and night for 2020 releases....Read More

A big NO for everything No work life balance No salary hikes They shut down Bangalore office within 20 days notice period with NO employee benefits Please join A10 networks if you want to make your life worst

In the name of rebadging they closed the team from Bengaluru without proper notice period, forget about the severance package they didn't pay the benefits that the employees were eligible for. Without any form of incentive, employees were asked to do documentations and KT. No hike No b onus, which is part of CTC...Read More

Worked day & night for 3 releases, there was not much time between releases, also the planning was worst for each release, they would plan for too many features and end up moving the release dates always & add feature changes at last moments
