If you want growth, if you want to add skills your resume, if you think YOU WILL BE JUDGED BY YOUR GOOD WORK instead of BUTTERING THE SENIORS, If you think you will get salary hike. They give so much of leaves to their loved ones in other language who butters them. For the people who hardly take any leave they say NO. work culture is so hell INFORMAL here, you will never be able to add anything to your professional skill but yes THEY CAN TEACH YOU HOW TO DRINK alcohol and do party all the time.

They don't give promotions whether you are doing a good work or hard work unless you are buttering them. They won't give you any increment. No point of being a professional emoloyee here as they don't respect that.
