The school encourages teachers to deliver sessions in their own unique style. They conduct training programs to enhance the teaching quality which is appreciable. They organizes events for children, providing opportunities for teacher to develop their skills. Flexible work from home benefits. Improves technical skills and online tools.

Dislikes

Salary payments are consistently delayed, often splitting the amount-half paid by mid-month and the remainder by month end. There is noticeable favoritism towards North Indian Staff, creating a sense of partiality between North and South Indian employees. Excessive documentary work is assigned to teachers, leading to an overwhelmingworkload. The recent extension of working hours has caused significant physical strain on the teachers, impacting their well-being....Read More
