For the beginner itsgood to start with RBS but if one wants to make a career in bank then better move from here.

Salary is less , No cab now even meals also no.You have to pay for meal. No career growth people are in same position from more than decade. There should be change in middle and top management.

...ployee centric company and thinks about employees welfare and work-life balance. Compensation is also on Par with other organisations. Citi is currently growing in terms of people and process so there are more growth opportunities.

Dislikes

Managers needs to be trained in handling people. Being in Ops I felt some managers are not having good product knowledge but they are still managing the process and people. Management should seek expertise in existing employees and promote them rather than hiring a lateral from outside. Management should also consider bringing the paystub of employees on par with other employees who are having same experience.
