...o right if said by client. Very bad background check process can run upto 1year. Very less or no hike . Hardly pays 70%of variable after a year. Very difficult to get another project. Bad culture. No work life balance and no pay for recruitment work doing at weekend.

No promotions. Performance bonus deduction every month from salary. No hike even after 2+ years with very good ratings.

Hike is very poor.Even for 1st rating hike is only 6%.

Salary hike is not on time.First year salary hike for lateral entry is 0 and 2nd year for first rating is itself is 6% only.

HCL is nice company to work with and they really take care of there employees. They have very good medical facilities and insurance plan. They have good infrastructure and work place environment.

Dislikes

They don’t pay much of the variable component even if you are performing good. They are sometimes felt like not very professional while following a defined process and practice. HR don’t even acknowledge employees queries or doubts and never give you transparency on any concerns.
