I really like to make students understand the chapters and languages. It was also helpful for me as I was also practicing along with teaching my students

The dislikes was sometimes I used to get frustrate as the salary was very less and also I didn't get at time that was the only reason

Likes

It is a lovely profession to teach students and see their delighted faces once they understand concepts. It is also a good place for work-life balance.

Dislikes

Salary is less. It is possible to afford better increments, and the longer you work, the better increments should be given. Newbies getting paid higher does not seem reasonable. The teachers who have been there for years and years are not getting that salary. This is disappointing about this school. Student's fees are also quite high. Thus it is very much possible to pay teachers more.

1.The timing were good also salary was satisfactory and my colleague were corporative 2.In the critical time like corona management never stopped out payment we were doing work from home and were recieving our salary on time so I would to thank our management 3.The workshop which school used to organize for the teacher were very good it's helped teachers to upgrade there skills and give confidance

Dislikes

1.The supervisor and principal behaviour was not that good towards me and still my gratuity is on hold also they said that i won't receive my gratuity 2.I even want to bring this into the notice that I worked in the school for 10 years still I have not received my experience letter.

Likes

Warm and friendly environment. The BP(Mrs.Debapriya Mishra) is very understanding, helpful and treats all her staff's equally. It's a very safe and hygiene place for kid's. The teacher's, attendant's and the BP herself is very motherly. Every one is loving and caring. They are good in settling the new kid's. Very good management. Your work is always appreciated and if you deserve it your promoted. Within one and a half year I was promoted from a class teacher to an academic head. I'v worked for 3 years at Kidzee, Tagore park Kolkata and the only reason I had to leave was I got married and had to relocate to New Delhi, but I still keep in touch with all the staff's and the BP of Kidzee Tagore park Kolkata and when ever I visit Kolkata I make it a must to visit every one at school and still the same warm welcome is there. Best place I've ever worked in, best staff's and best BP I've ever worked with.

Salary could be a little better and other perks like medical insurance and PF should be given from Zee Pvt.Ltd
