I had a short tenure in TCS, was there to be judged much. But is an employee centric company but the the top down view does not have much visibility on the grass root level employees.

Salary is too less.. lesser than the market standards

Cognizant has strong capebilities in delivering technology services with a robust support. People are satisfied working here but since past couple of years company has not given ample opportunitiesto employees in terms of growth and compensastion

Not good approasal No timely appraisal No promotion policies No standard salary parameters as per exp No benchmarking for compensastion

Work culture is good and salary benefits are not upto mark for freshers

Sufficient leaves will not allocate when there is a requirement. We've to always adjust with it.

The work environment is so cool and cab facility is also good and managing staff is so friendly

Dislikes

The cafeteria is so small,there is shortage of locker,the salary is very low
