Not specific, But I think they have to increase their salary budget for freshers level and also appraisal. Otherwise overall it's Excellent to work here.

I like its long term vision in measurement business. I also like its people/culture. Overall nice workplace.

.... One really needs to butter the boss and HR for promotion or hike one deserves. People are at various pay scale at similar/same position. Should do correction for existing employee how have been more loyal and committed.
