1.) The work culture here is just fabulous. 2.) Early work life balance 3.) Good pay 4.) Huge benefits for employees 5.) The project in which I am working is awesome and highly advanced, so I cannot complian on project scope or something. 6.) Complete WFH benefits.

1.) The behaviour of HR's are bit rude here while joining. 2.) No WFH facilities provided by the company.

The flexibility you get in work. Variable pay would be almost 90 to 100 percent every time

Some time WLB go into toss. Again depends on the project. Generally its like any other product based companies strictly following process

...us time for the company CEO to act otherwise FIS will not be there in few years. There is no salary normalisation during your promotion, so there is no good movement in your CTC.
