There is a lot of politics . Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you can not resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No more compensation for extra effort Very Less manpower that effect work life balance. But it's ok because there is no perfect place

-Carrier growth is not good -Increments are below average -Company some benfits are not given to Engineering and safety departments like attendance bonus and night shift allowances - notice period is 3 months

Good work envy and culty. Teammates are supportive and huge cafeteria. Company policies are good and give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow . 4 year job continue . Company will kick you out after 4 year
