Slow growth, low salary hikes. The learning is entirely dependent on the team you are joining. If you join a support project with day-night shifts, do no expect much growth in terms of technical skills and the work will be repetitive. However, the core and delivery teams work on good technologies. Also there is quite a bit of politics among the management.
