Earlier it used to be a fun place to work. And when business is growing, they give good pay hike and career growth. Also senior leaders are empathetic and build personal connect with employees.

Dislikes

Recent time the work culture and the financials of the company has gone worse to worst. It has become highly stressed business, lot of Job cut, wafer thin increments ( in FY 22). Too frequent change in senior leadership and thus sensor job insecurity. Hope the Golden days of Raymond will soon be back.

I think hr should take a round in store every 1 or 2 months this is very crucial cause nowadays the old staffs are not doing any sale or support new staffs please see toh this situation very worst store kmc please see through this or complaint will forwarded to higher authority🫵🏻

...ers used to do a lot of management politics about the staff which I didn't like. I worked for many years but did not increase my salary , And the new fresher used to get a good amount package, which would be the favorite of the management, used to support him.I always used to toppoform, but in the cell, I did not appease me, even the manager did not like it, I used to top then Agr aap logo ko badalna hai to management new lao aur thode ache lao attitude wale mat lao ,logo ki mehnat dekhna chahiye naki kisi apne favorite ko aage badhana chahiye.
