... have small suggestion in future we can do less paper work business like bank. We can do better then bank but some were missing salary customers they prefer bank. We are giving quick dispendment but some paper missing we can't give same days. This my suggestion our mahindra

Salary is not good enough, carrier growth is very poor internel promotion is very less

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and but they give low salary hike and but bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a no bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is given to new joinees.

Working condition is good. Almost employee friendly company.

Higher salary is getting for new join other than experienced employee.
