I working with good brands with ideas, concept, and designs as well. Sometimes, I love the fact that I am a part of this company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work for 14-20 hours in a day as I have to attend client meetings or calls in the night. I do receive appreciation emails from clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Likes

Its a great place to work if you are from the creative field. The work culture is one of the best in the industry. The management during the pandemic took all the possible efforts to keep the salaries intact. So if you are honest with your work then job security will never be a problem here.

Dislikes

Compensation is average, but growth is pretty decent. The work pressure is like every other ad agency, if you have been in one. Work-life balance will be a myth if you wish to pursue your career in advertising. You better tie a knot in your gut and accept this.
