Big MNC Office culture Not micro managing Good environment (office facalities and sitting) Job security

...have lot of different enployees who goes thru it and result is same. They leave. They paid me salary of 3 months and few more covering some other stufs with a reliving letter mentioning nothing negative, its a normal letter. My HR said me to send a resignation mail to her and formally it'll be a smooth exit with my experience letter(reliving letter). So, Feb 1 was my LWD. I was already looking for job, before even i had this news. I secured a job and then in 2 weeks changed tht too. Im newly joined somewhere nd im seeing this as a good company. Will update soon or later of whatever. Thanks for reading. Other than that it was a good company. My team was in pune bangalore so no ones was at Noida, hence i did mostly everyday WFH. Otherwise it was like 3 days wfo. Other facalities are good and if you dont fall in my case, it has a good job security as well.

Depends on project and managers. Mine was good hence I am happy with everything. Got really hood Variable pay last year.

As I said Dependency on project and managers. No Hike last year. Limited promotions.

Removing employees.this is totally bad.job security is very important.but this doesn't have in Accenture. Getting projects mostly all are in short period like 3 to 6 months.this time is not enough to understand and upgrade the skills.

If you get a good project with good people you are sorted and so is your compensation and promotion. The policies, Tech and everything else is top notch.

Dislikes

Managers control you promotion and compensation and so you have to be a licker to be in their good books.
