Low salary: I would say the pay is low compared to the expectations of the role. Others say that the average annual salary increase is around 2% or less.

Promotion and correction of salary is not happening. My complete time in development and project related only when I should do participate in activities that increase the level to increase salary please consider work in the project. I m not feeling good the process of appraisal that is not happening as expected.
