I worked here for an tenure of four years company culture is great good place to work with usual work pressure work environment is really good.

...approachable, company believes in euality and its good to see no discrimination. Pay is okay, could be better. Transport is good, cafeteria food needs to improve. Overall, a place where you can learn and grow, if you have the will.

...mployed or kind of work half day only if you have to look after your kids or so. Salary hike is again depends not only on your performance but your closeness with manager

Too much politics, accountability is not set. No travel opportunity, people are less motivated to work, managers have pets and they give opportunity only to dear ones, talent is not appreciated. No much focus towards employees training needs. No career progression plan. People are promoted because of their relationship with manager. Not a good place to be in. Work here only if you want to kill time.
