1. Work Life Balance (No fixed hours for a day/week/months) 2. Better Projects and Customers to work for 3. Least Managerial hierarchy/ most people are technical. 4. Open culture and environment. Mostly things depend on the customer for you're working apart from companies local culture.

1. Less team building activities. 2. Pay grade is average. 3. Health insurance/transport/food/gymnasium and other facilities are chargeable

... projects. Mostly people work from client locations rather than altran premises. Company policies are good and compensation is as per industry standards

...y is less these days 3. Only getting junk work these days 4. Very less onsite 5. Variable pay is too much 15% 6. Notice period 3 months which is non negotiable most of the time 7. Lack of project which is having good learning

New technologies and work growth opportunities are there. But compensation part is not up to the mark.

Dislikes

Everything fine except few mangers, who give more importance to work rather than personal life. Things become worst when manager not able to estimate the project scope and discuss the issues with customer.

Compensation is like as other service companies. when you go on high level then learning/career growth become slow also there is very less onsite opportunity.
