Increments is decent. Small suggestion. Don’t give increments percentage wise because it’s problematic to lower salary people.

We apply for a new job for a variety of reasons. Sometimes we just want to earn more money, or change our routine, perhaps move to another place, meet new people, see new places. More often than not, however, there is something we dislike about our present place of work. It can be something minor, but it can also be something big, the main reason why we consider leaving our present employer.

Work is good, good training, team mates are supportive, team lead understand our situations, good appraisals.

Dislikes

bond for 3.6 years, culture is missing, salary is decent but there is full work pressure.

Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't but career growth is slow

On time salary, good increments, festival celebrations, cultural activities, transportation.

Dislikes

No training for freshers also, seniors wont support, extra charges in payslip, increment in house rent allowance not in basic pay, hr policies are worst.
