Working in tata communications is the best opportunity for me to learn many technical things. Many trainings are provided on your basic day to day work and different transmission equipments. I like the work environment and culture here at tata communications.

I think many things are there to learn to take but somewhat less salary and increments.

In the current scenario, TATA has allowed us to complete work from home facility, they have also reduced field visite for employee safety.

compensation is decent but growth is very slow, salary has increased only once in the last two year but very little

Awesome place to work and learn on live network. Tcl is india's no 1 in tier 3 provider always feel proud to work with tcl. Learning daily new thing. lot of facilities for employees as every one knows tata is a kinda govt company.

Dislikes

Offrole employee will get very less salary and no benefits. If you get onrole from offroll in tcl you will not get good appraisal and yes if you are coming from other organization you will definately get proper salary and appraisal. PIP funda is worst as no appraisal for whole year if in PIP and it mandatory they have to put someone in PIP although person performed good in whole year.
