Culture and team work and support but it's depend on team to team.

Dislikes

Low salary hike, Rating and Promotion is very low and you will be strictly asked to work from office no matter what other wise don't expect rating and you will get mail from hr department directly like they will take some strict action and you if not come.

If you swith to Cognizant, they will provide good salary compared to other service based company. They also push their associate for skill development with regular certification drive.

Dislikes

The appraisal system dropped drastically in couple of years. Very minimum salary hike with high ratings.

1. On time salary 2. Client side work 3. Basic facilities like PF, Health insurance etc 4. Time to time activity

Dislikes

1. No recognition program for employees. 2. Always get less variable pay 3. You never feel there are any management or it could be just me because I am working from home from day one.
