While I appreciate the opportunity and the great team I work with in TCS, the salary is really below industry standard.

Likes

Cognizant has its challenges as a workplace. While there are learning opportunities, the work environment and work-life balance heavily depend on the project, which can make the experience unpredictable. Overall, it’s not the most rewarding place to work.

Dislikes

The salary is low, promotions take forever, and the work culture isn’t great. It really depends on the project, but overall, it’s not the best experience.

Likes

It's my first job at cognizant which has great work-life balance, but benefits and compensation are less compare to other companies but i never felt low for that, I suggest people not lose opportunity working in cognizant if they get any.

Dislikes

My one word answer is "national level politics in every project".
