Amex is the best company I have ever worked with, work culture, flexibility, compensation, management etc everything is superb

Amex few HR's never reply or help, when Amex ex -employee want to rejoin Amex they should help them by providing support & feedback needed. They should reply on time.

The top leadership really thinks about employees. Company supported employees very well during Corona, even during the tough time offered salary hike and support for the employees who had suffered during Corona and their families for employees who passed away

The immediate leaders are full.of arrogNce and don't care about people, 1. Company wishes to be best in consumer services, and their reps have help.them achieve it, but at cost.of work life balance eg: A) Had to beg for holidays for my ring ceremony, after offering to resign was offerrd 5 days leave including 2 weekoffs and Diwali in between. B) I was on leave and on the day I was about to return back to office my grandmother fell ill, I informed. My TL and his reply was " grandma ka bahana banake chutti chaiye, I told " Icould provide medical papers, his reply "₹100 me Banta hai" C) 2 days later she passed away, I informed that she passed away and I need leaves, his reply "accha nikal li dadi? " and on requesting leaves offered 3 days leaves, D) hearing three days leave my father told ki 10we din Ana and 13vi tak rahena, we would need you then because final right by then had been already completed and even after 3 days leaves were.provided I went to office as I will need the offered 3 days leaves after few days, TL's.reaction seeing me in office " dadi ko Akele Chad ke aa gaya" how sameless" any of my friends who did not even know about this could realize my sorrow seeing my face but.not the TL who knew everything D) after 3 days I could not hold in office I went back to my hometown and he threatened to fire

Work from Home as of now, Salary above average.

Dislikes

Less hardly any Opportunities, No growth at all absolute 0 growth that is what I do not like about Amex, I don't like 24*7 shift either, absolute night shifts are worst.
